Refund policy

Due to the limited-drop nature of SNDR collections, purchases are generally final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind.

Please confirm your selected size before completing your purchase. When an item does not fit, you may request a size-related return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

Once the return is received and approved, the original item will be refunded. You may then place a new order for the same item in your preferred size, subject to availability. Customers are responsible for return shipping and any shipping charges associated with the new order.

If SNDR ships the incorrect size or item, or the product arrives damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid return label. Once the return is received, you may choose between:

* A full refund, including the original shipping charge; or
* An equal exchange at no additional cost.
